Who We Are
IKL Lands Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1982 as investment holding and trading of geoynthetic products for construction and engineering uses.
In 2013, IKL via it's subsidary, Noblecorp Property (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (0822888-D) had acquired 75 acres of mixed lands in Sepanggar Bay approximately 25mins driving distance to Kota Kinabalu City Center.
In January 2020 upon obtaining planning approval, Phase 1 earthworks commenced and completed in 2021 on time despite COVID-19 pandemic crisis. Immediately after the opening border on 1 April 2022, the infrastructures works has begin. The phase 1 show unit completed in November 2022 and ready for viewing.
Our vision is to create a new integrated satelite township comprises of finance and business park, retails and shopping boulevard, gated and guarded residencies and tourism hotspots.
IKL Lands Sdn Bhd 成立于 1982，是一家投资与贸易公司（土工合成建筑与工程材料）。
IKL通过其子公司，Noblecorp Property (Sabah) Sdn Bhd (0822888-D) ，于2013年收购了75 英亩多用途土地，位于实邦雅海湾，距离沙巴亚庇市大约25分钟车程。
2020年1月，在获得相关政府的批文，首期开发的推土工程开始进行，在疫情封控期间，推土工程任然在2021年如期完成。在2022年4月1日国门开封之后，基建工程开始进行，首期示范单位也于2022年11月完成，可供参观。
我们的愿景是将其打造成为时尚综合新兴卫星城，结合商场，休闲，旅游与概念生活，将是亚庇未来具策略性且充满无限商机的卫星市。

Mr.Tan joined IKL Lands in early 2019 as a key driver to conceptualise and materialise the master plan for Bandar Bukit Kiara Sepanggar.
He was formerly the Director and General Manager in established Property Developers having 20 years of experience in township development and completed more than 4,000 acres of township in Klang Valley.
In 2012, Mr.Tan had completed a shopping mall having GFA of 1.3millions-square-feet in Petaling Jaya.

执行董事,首席执行员
陈董于2019年加入IKL Lands，也是实邦雅海湾卫星市的总设计师与开荒领导。
陈董曾任职于著名开发商，先后担任过总监与总经理，累计20年经验在房地产开发项目，完成了超过4000英亩土地面积的综合用途城镇开发。
于2012年，陈董完成一项总建筑面积超过130万平方英尺的购物商场，位于雪州八达岭市。
